ARNETT M | First ImpressionsThey leased me a unit inside of the building that wasnt fully operational so when arriving i didnt had access to the unit or the building because it was outside if there hours of operations so i had to call customer service then talk to the manger of the facility only to be told that the building is still under construction so i can’t access it while having movers there that were costing me $200 a hour to have them just waiting around to figure out what to do next.
