I was not inundated with 3000 pages of legalese, 20,000 pages of 'initial here, here, & here', new technology that isn't really "seamless" or "efficient", nor was I stuck paying for that old scam of renter's insurance. I simply walked in, rented a storage shed and was out the door 10 minutes later. Real people. Good people. Real service. Not a corporation squeezing every dime they can out of you.
