On the unit I rented, B185, the latching mechanism (one on both the door and door jam) was misaligned, making it very difficult to lock (and unlock) the door using a disk style lock. Other than this issue, the storage facility was well maintained and office staff, especially Evan (manager) were very helpful and responsive to my needs.

Great facility. Have also rented moving vehicles here from time to time with no issues at all. Only thing less than great is having to move decent sized furniture in/out of the inside units (second floor), as the stairs can be rough to deal with, but you figure it out. The monthly reminder to pay rent is an added bonus. 10/10

FRANKLIN T | First ImpressionsTruck rental here is fine, yet I’m use to having the truck brought out, here you have to go find it yourself with a somewhat vague description of where it it. Had to find someone outside to help. As far as the storage rental experience, it was pretty subpar. Had a unit accessible from the outside with a door (although when we secured it was said to have a roll up door… when we moved things in the floor was VERY DIRTY, dirt, sand, gravel like junk and dead bugs. Was pretty gross. Also was told there ‘might be a lock in the unit and if there isn’t come back to the office and we’ll give you one. And you guessed it, there wasn’t one in there. 🤦🏼♀️ why not just give the customer one at the time of signing 🤷🏼♀️ the only reason to sent a space here, is if you had rented a truck ONE WAY and got the first month free, and make sure you get out before having to pay. I wasn’t able to clear out until the following month so paid for one month and got one free… anyways I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but since they sent me a link to leave a review decided to do so. Which I’m sure they won’t like my review but c’est la vie. The staff is always pleasant, yet the storage area is very outdated and sketchy feeling.
