Ana R | First ImpressionsI had a storage unit for 13 months. By month 3 I found mice droppings in my climate controlled unit. When I moved out of my larger storage multiple items had mold on them. Some were family heirlooms. I had to throw things away that I could not get mold off. I have filed a claim over a week ago and yet to hear from a claims adjuster.

Insurance would have been great if I was aware on how bad mice were and using Wehual for move-in was a challenge and frustrating. Otherwise I was satisfied. Thanks!

danielle i | Overall ExperienceSign says access available until 10pm Monday thru Friday. The office to close at 7pm. The staff locks the doors to the storage (we had climate controlled) at 6:30 - to 6:45, not 10. In addition they park many of the vehicles in front of the units so you are unable to pull up with your vehicle to put items in or take them out and I always had to go into the office to ask them to move vehicles. As for the staff, I hate to say no when a few of them were ok, so I said yes because you would not let me submit without answering.

JOSEPH Z | Overall ExperienceRat poop in corners and in front of multiple storage doors. My unit was climate controlled and should have never been infested with rats and their feces. My mental health was disturbed by the sight of my property shred, ate through and destroyed. Thousands of dollars gone to waste and I didn’t have insurance so Repwest refused to help me, something that was not my fault, so sad. Nice people work here I was just disappointed at the facility.
