When i reserved my unit online and showed up initially they didn't have the unit I had asked for and instead would only allow me to rent a larger unit for twice the price. Moving out the staff we're courteous and very quick. They are wonderful.
aaron d | Overall Experiencenice place just to many people live there and also sleeping in stairway and hallways no order when office hours personnel leave the place .and harassment by other tenants no more 24 hours access will b a better a better solution for a better experience!!

Lisardo A | First ImpressionsIt seemed secure to be fair and the loading dock was nice Staff were helpful WHEN they answer the phones which isn’t often. Manager was not very nice - I called twice and came in person to confirm that I could have a pod dropped so I could unload it into the unit I was going to be paying for Indefinitely ****. I confirmed that I could and confirmed where it could be parked (for 24 hr only) the day before. Come moving day with the pod and the driver already there, the manager was extremely rude and said that in no way could I park it in their lot and my only option was to cancel my rental and have the pod leave - and if I had any questions “here’s a number call my boss”-who did not answer. I had hired movers to be coming that day to unload it and this meant canceling on them too * I was able to find another storage facility in GR that allowed me to have the pod dropped. It was a larger unit and cheaper and the woman could not have been more helpful with a quick last minute reservation. (Mini storage depot) After I waited in line again to tell the manager I was indeed canceling , he said oh you can park it. No sir, too late. The pod driver had already left after it taking so long anyway. No idea why they would turn away a rental agreement over 200/mo but it worked out well for me. My larger unit is 50$ cheaper and I’m able to work with helpful and kind people. UHaul lost a customer - I’ve used them before but I don’t think I will use them again.

Kimberly T | First ImpressionsMy beautiful perfect oriental rugs are completely infested with carpet moths. My silk down couch as well. There is mouse/rat excrement and nests in and on everything. All my furniture is destroyed. My keepsake photos etc. are also ruined. I spent a small fortune at the dump throwing everything away after moving out of my unit.
