There is no Elevator. We had to carry everything up a lot of stairs. We did it but we weren't told about this ahead of time, I probably would have hired two more guys had I known. We couldn't access the building for quite awhile because the entrance was blocked by multiple U-Hauls.

The staff was unsure of the height of the unit and better knowledge of the units would be good. Telling people there’s no elevators for the upstairs unit would be critical. You need to invest in to this older facility. No elevator, narrow hallways, no lighting inside the storage unit. Otherwise, unit was dry and clean
