Daniel F | Overall ExperienceHonestly the staff is excellent. The facility (storage) is rough. Very dark and dingy. Not well ventilated. But the staff is great. The mediocre rating is not reflective of them or of the vehicle rental.
Kelly C | First ImpressionsThere is no Elevator. We had to carry everything up a lot of stairs. We did it but we weren't told about this ahead of time, I probably would have hired two more guys had I known. We couldn't access the building for quite awhile because the entrance was blocked by multiple U-Hauls.

The whole point of a storage unit is that it's protected. Please reach out to me if you'd like to pay for the damages.

Gwendolyn T | Online Move InI booked a “20 truck they gave me a 15” that took me over 30 min to get . Then the storage Nvr got booked had to come back and get the info for that only for my code to not work so I couldn’t load same day I had to wait till next day I would Nvr book again
