I was very disappointed because I worked to late and I was not able to get in my storage when I wanted to I had to wait until the next day and that was not good especially when I paid for my own storage unit and had to wait.

Thankfully there was another renter there who explained how the alarms work, and now I’m all set. Is there already signage by the keypads that mention the need to sign out? If not, I think that would be helpful.
