Trevor A | Overall ExperienceI was nearly robbed and killed at this unit. Was told my information was sold to a person pretending to be an employee. Homeless people living in the unit. They turned off the entire lights and locked myself and the police out of the storage facility. Nightmare. They charged my card 8 times for $189 and my card was locked. It took me almost 3 weeks to get home to Texas from this trip after this nightmare.

Kelsi H | Overall ExperienceA lock was placed on my unit for “delinquency” when my account was never delinquent (I have all payment receipts). When asked to change the lock back, staff refused, denying me access to my unit. Staff was very unhelpful and rude and at no point tried to help me resolve an issue they created. Do not recommend.
Brianna T | Overall ExperienceIt was hard to reach the office. Very small parking lot. They did not answer phones. We bought a lock from UHaul but it was not the proper lock. I had to travel to the office and then wait 45 minutes for someone to unlock the one TY hey put on.

Unknowledgeable staff, reservations that kept "disappearing", getting locked out of the storage building because the staff kept not submitting things properly, being forced to make multiple trips between the storage unit and the office while moving because they kept making mistakes. Ultimately an awful experience that I have never had at any other location. Will never use them again and will refer people to not aswell.
