SAMUEL S | First ImpressionsMy code would not work to access the building. There is no ability for a customer to reach ANYONE after hours. Customer service DID offer to put me on hold at 8 pm until the store opened the next morning at 9 AM. No lie. That was offered to me. no freight elevator so no easy way to get heavy items to the second floor.

Miles and Tim were great, and Miles’s wife Sara really went the extra mile (no pun intended) to help me out with a much needed cup of coffee. Great people, excellent storage unit, very cool temperature wise, clean, and easy to access. 5 stars all around. PS - Give Will a raise and more time off before you lose that gem due to burnout.
Monica R | Overall ExperienceStaff went above and beyond, in partnership Sara. I was exhausted from lack of sleep the night before, and moving it all in by myself. Sara made me coffee and brought it to me in a cheerful Christmas cup, and even went back and forth again for sweetener and a spoon. One other gentleman backed my car up to the ramp for me. And a third made sure I knew where the restrooms were in the unit. When I finished, it was time for the eclipse and Sara let me stay and watch it on her computer. Great people, great job. Please give them all a well-deserved raise, especially Sara!
