RICARDO R | Overall ExperienceYoung lady at 116 Whalley Avenue was not helpful at all, lacked professionalism and effective customer service. It wasn't busy and neither Associate pulled the vehicle up to the store, when I deal with 1685 Dixwell they usually pull the truck up most of the time. During my visit, temperatures were really low so it would have been courteous to pull the van up since the young man was just on his phone. Also I heard a phone camera sound and saw her put her phone in her pocket so I asked her if she took a picture of my license and she said she had to for the rental. As many times as I have rented from Uhaul, I don't recall that sound when they scanned my license. The manager Ricky on Dixwell helped me out alot, rented me a storage unit and made me my experience end in a great way.

RUBEN D | First ImpressionsRenter beware!…when you make a reservation online it means NOTHING. If someone comes in wanting to rent, they give it to them and you have no reserved unit. I then had to rent a more expensive unit. Bait and switch perhaps??? The person at the desk says it happens a lot! Apparently U-Haul doesn’t know the meaning of the word “reservation”!!!!
