sarah l | Overall ExperienceWhen I say “yes” to staff helpful and friendly; that solely includes the employees- not the manager. My u it was torn apart by rats. I showed the manager in site as I was removing my items from the unit, I also followed up with two emails and pictures. I have heard nothing back. Very disappointed. I had this unit for a year. Items like motorcycle helmets $400-$600 a piece; leather jackets, motor cross equipment, sentimental items, expensive clothing etc. have all been destroyed. The pictures clearly show that feces everywhere and bites and tears in all our material items and bags/suitcases. Unsure as to why the manager has felt the need to ignore my emails and complaints.
