An example is we had the truck at the dock door and she made us move it and place it inside the garage door so she wouldn't have to open the dock . She was very nonchalant and not very friendly at all

I didn't even open the lock nor use the unit. I got one month free but it wasn't free my time and gas was wasted. Horrible, smelled like mildew, mouse trap in the unit. The storage unit office smells like mildew. There is was a flood or water damage to this store. Run, if you see this review... Runnnnnnnnnnn

It's so terrible I haven't used the unit for the first month free yet. I'll only use it maybe to storage my detergent/cleaning supplies if I need to.
