Jonathan R. treated me like trash in front of my 12 yr old son and changed my outside store room to an inside store room all because he said he saw notes on my account about declining to tow a car trailer behind a 20 ft. uhaul truck and dropping off at a different location. He changed it from a 10x10x11 outside room to a 5x10x10 inside room. I tried to explain that I had no where to back up a car trailer when loading the uhaul truck and that I also was not the one driving it. I explained I could not drop off at any other location other than the one chosen which was also the one I reserved a store room from because I was not the one driving it and had someone pick up my kids and I and I couldn't make them do any of that, as they were already going out of their way to help me. We didn't even get finished unloading until around 10pm which the woman that picked my kids and I up, was supposed to be in bed by 8 pm because of medication she was on and her being 70+ yrs of age. The way this employee Jonathan R. spoke to me infront of my son was nothing short of disgusting. My son was very upset after asking me why Jonathan R. was treating me that way for no reason. How sad that a young man has to see a grown man treat a woman that way. I also noticed the manager Carl Moren sitting in a vehicle facing the storage room entrance/exit as I came out of it one day to leave, just staring at me with a very dirty look as if to intimidate me. That seems like stalking to me and is very creepy. I believe he did that because I asked for Jonathan R's name, so I'm sure they knew I was going to file a complaint. The whole situation is very creepy and unsettling. I never went back to retrieve my items out of my store room after that until the day I moved out of it and made sure I had 2 men and my mother with me. It's completely ridiculous to be treated this way because I could not complete favors they asked me to do. I was treated like an enemy which is very concerning. I would not recommend anyone to this uhaul location as they like to get revenge on people who can't do favors for them. There was also another employee right there that allowed the whole interaction and foul treatment of a customer (me) to play out. Everything is on camera, the evening of May 29th 2026. I gave business to and spent a lot of money with the uhaul company for this move and to be treated like this is a disgrace on not only this location in Happy Valley, OR but to the company, who employs people like Jonathan R. This has made me VERY hesitant to do any further business with any uhaul facility in the future.

Communication could be better Roseburg told me one thing, but later messed up the reservation. Had to drive way out of my way for a trailer they said they had, but didn't. Allison and Christian were awesome though. All the guys at Clackamas are the best! Will be seeing them again after I move out of storage to rent another truck. Thank you
