LISA B | Overall ExperienceWe have lost over 75% of our belongings due to rat droppings and urine in our unit. We now know why you all have that big blue dumpster out back — for customer’s lost belongings due to a poorly managed facility. After 12 years of renting from you guys, we expected a higher quality of service and better management of our storage unit. For the past 2-3 years you all have been slowly increasing our rent without notice or reason, despite calling and requesting an explanation. You all were quick to ask for the monthly fee, while pretending to maintain a clean facility. We will be filing an official complaint. However, Dwayne was extremely helpful , closed us out and his customer service skills — top tier! He deserves a raise just for working at this location.
