I did wish that the moving carts for loading in to the unit were larger. I could barely get chairs to stand up on them as the carts are narrow. Other than that, everything was great.

KARL B | Overall ExperienceI was charged $100 for 2 mattresses that we left in the "take or leave" area and was informed they dont take mattresses and I would need to pay a dumpster fee. When I came back about a week later there were numerous mattresses (some badly stained and disgusting) but one of our mattresses was still there.

Then I called the front desk but couldn't get a human to answer. The strap that closes the elevator is too short for me to reach. I eventually had to use the fire escape stairs to get out. I tried to tell the front desk but they were busy.
