ED P. | Overall ExperienceThe service associate made mistake after mistake and seemed to need help processing my order. I was there for over an hour trying to rent a unit. I had a reservation where the lock was not in place. I went to the office and the same unit was rented to me but the lock wasn’t removed. Then I was advised I had to rent a different unit and it was also not the same size promised when I placed my order. At this point, once I arrived to the unit I just used it cause I had no time to go back to the office to make the change. I have to go back there again today, rent out a bigger unit as I originally needed and move my stuff from one unit to the other. I’m addition, I was charged multiple times for the same unit cause he couldn’t process my payments correctly. I hope there is a manager today cause yesterday he was not available.
