The only issue I have was...After having the first month for free....I moved out 3 days after. I paid $207 for the next month making sure of not having to pay late fees...I talk to a customer service rep and was told I wouldn't be getting any of the payment back. I feel that I should have been given most of my money back because I wasn't there a whole week into the next month.

Victoria J | First ImpressionsThere were a few occasions when the a/c was out at the facility. I was never informed of the outage I only found out by randomly stopping by to check on my unit. The staff never informed me of the outage. My items that were in storage unfortunately sweated and moisture was formed causing them to smell and some have mold stains.
