Kandra R | Overall ExperienceSome of my items were not there. The pictures they sent prior to me accessing the unit does not clearly show the locks being removed. I honestly thought you guys was genuinely giving us a chance to collect our items before they were auctioned but yet to find that the most expensive things were already taken, stolen, removed by U-Haul, prior to you letting us get them, and not informing us. Not sure what happened, but very disappointed and feel manipulated.

I paid $207 for the next month making sure of not having to pay late fees...I talk to a customer service rep and was told I wouldn't be getting any of the payment back. I feel that I should have been given most of my money back because I wasn't there a whole week into the next month.
