I PADERO GENARD EABRON would like to add, the staff here at the u-haul moving and storage of Willowbrook at 9411 FM 1960 W. Houston Texas, 77070 most definitely provided me with the most professional, absolute amazing service, and the facility was extremely clean and tidy, not to mention, every staff member at the facility conducted themselves in a professional and civilized manner at all times, and all staff members were well groomed and made me feel right at home without a doubt. I'd recommend ANYONE to use the u-haul moving and storage of Willowbrook. The storage spaces were extremely clean as was the moving vehicles etcetera.

DWAIN S | Overall ExperienceI was late on a payment a couple times of no more than a week or two max. Being harassed by phone calls, texts, email and physical mail was annoying. Since I was late on my payment, I knew that the would put an additional lock on the unit until I became current. No big deal, I get it. After I settled my balance, I waited 5 days to move out of my unit and the lock was still on. If I would came after office hours this would have been a big problem. It was a hassle renting at this location
