DARLENE D | First ImpressionsThe reason why I give you such a low rating is because of the hassle that I was put through when my storage needs came to an end; for example, you put that my move out date was June 5, 2025, when the reality of it is, is that I used Memorial Day weekend to totally move out, clean up the storage, retrieve my key, and then formally give you notice that I’m leaving and I did that, yet I was still harassed here three weeks later every single day by their automated system, trying to collect a payment. Needless to say it was aggravating and confusing and I don’t think that I’ll be using your services again.
