Amanda M | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was broken into and I was lied to about the process. I believe it was an inside job. The president or whoever he is, Robert, was not helpful AT ALL! I was told by Christian, who is the manager of the wood creek location, that a police report was filed and I can make the insurance claim once I view the security tape. However when I got to Robert it was a completely different story. I will definitely be preparing to take them to court.
