The UHaul storage facility was great. The customer service team were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The unit I rented was very clean and the facility within itself was kept up nicely. I would definitely recommend UHaul to friends and family.
bernita l | Overall ExperienceThe facility at Brandt Pike was fine. I recently rented a truck from them and dropped it off at the uhaul at Euclid. The euclid manager (Dan) was rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with Euclid in my lifetime. I will also be posting a review giving them 0 stars.

William L | Overall ExperienceI would find a way to put trackers on the carts like they do in grocery stores. Sometimes customers hog them and lock them up so nobody else can find them to use. That way, you can see where all the missing carts are and you can contact them he renter that other people need to use them or pay a fee til they’re out for public use. There was once a time a renter decided to block and entire hallway to clean out their unit and we had to climb over their belongings. I highly recommend to not allow that. Plus it’s a fire hazard if you can’t run out of the building.
