NICOLA H | First ImpressionsMy storage unit 116 was broken into and burglarized. I was not notified about it. The manager Chris Turman was rude and unprofessional when I came in to discuss my storage unit being burglarized. He just kept saying he was new manager and tried to make it seem as it wasn’t a big deal. I lost over $5000 of things stolen from me. Every time I talked to him he didn’t know what to do and talked to me as if I wasn’t supposed to be upset about it at the time of that conversation. I then decided I wouldn’t stay another month so I moved out of the storage unit. His insensitive, rude, and unapologetic attitude is why I didn’t keep the remainder of my things that wasn’t stolen in the unit any longer. He’s not manager material. His position as manager should definitely be revisited. The lady Marlene I believe that’s her name and the two younger black and hispanic gentleman they are very polite, kind, and professional. I will never do ANY kind of business at or with U-Haul ever again.

KEITH H | First ImpressionsThere were 3 people waiting in line forever. He asked me if I took a picture of the storage unit that i just moved out of i asked him why he said so he wouldn't have to go out and look at it. No urgency in customer service. Poor all the way around.
