Chris was extremely helpful. He helped me carry out boxes, furniture pads, and even helped with the door of the moving truck because it was hard to pull. He was very resourceful with information and made getting the U-Haul storage unit easy.

The employee's were rude short and treated me with disregard. I started renting in November and left 5/19/2024. Let me give advice never lock up a good paying customer's things without letting them know. I swept out the smelly unit and have pictures to prove that. I emailed Uhaul Shadeland. And I will never send anyone their way ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never !!!!!!!!!!!!!
