After paying my back due storage rent I went to my unit a week later only to find out my unit was still locked after being paid up to date a week later. Talked with customer service and they said the manager would reach out because she wouldn’t be back until after my rent was due again. She never called and the only communication I received was your rent is due again through a text asking when are you going to pay your rent. After bringing it up about my customer action report she still had no interest in discussing it. And then after I paid my rent again I asked if I could have a picture confirming there was no lock on my unit since I live over 30 mins from the space. She proceeded to stop all communication and was my worse experience using U-haul ever and I have used it many times in multiple states.
