The man that runs this location is very ghetto and unprofessional.
ASHLEY T | First ImpressionsI had 3 different problems with this location. 1st time. One day they wanted to know how long i was going to be there. Came questioning me like I was doing something wrong.I had been there about an hr at that time. The 3rd and last My bill was due on the 28th for the next month. On 02-28-26 I let them know I would no longer be leaving my box truck at there location. They tried telling me that I had to pay a $160 for the next month in order to take my truck. SMH I was paid up including that day! Yet took awhile to decide if I should have to pay more to remove my property. They never decided. My card worked at the gate pad. I was paid up. WT£ ! ! !

Scott M | First ImpressionsAfter moving my things out of storage on 1.10.26 I moved into my new place only to discover I have heavy mold damage on my items that were in storage, my Serta Pillow Top Mattress has extensive mold damage, ,my dishes also have mold damage, a 46 inch television was also damaged,along with other items that also have mold damage., as this is extremely frustrating and upsetting. I am unable to purchase another mattress at this time and will have to sleep on a air mattress. I would like to praise 3 employees at this location for all of their help and concerns as I showed them pictures and videos of this mold damage. Shout out to Tori, Zach, and Alivia they rock and have excellent customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend anyone to store with U-Haul Storage, a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer.

LATASHIA G | Overall ExperienceCommon spaces/restrooms are always disgusting, staff is extremely unprofessional, and the bay doors can be opened at any time so if you can hang out and pick a lock it’s pretty much free game. I will solely use Extra Space Storage because they were professional, secure, and beyond helpful. This one a perfect example of “you pay for what you get”. I’ll think twice before I try to save money in the future.
