Three times truck wasn't there or reserved like it says it was and the one time I did get a truck I couldn't even move anything because the check engine light was on and I was still charged for the time I had it even though I was unable to move. I ended up having to throw half of my things away and the dumpster because I could not take them with me in my car. I do not recommend!
