I ended up getting ants and cockroaches in my unit.
Emma P | Overall ExperienceThe area to load/unload your car was full of debris including shattered glass both times we were there. It made backing up all the way to the platform impossible. It would also be helpful if there were ramps available instead of stairs inside the storage area.
Robin C | Overall ExperienceI must say this was the worse experience I ever had renting a uhaul. Had to rent 2x within a month. Got charged for something on 1st rental, never got receipt so don't know what it was. Trucks not checked in at time of return so receipt suppose to get emailed. Was put on automated payments for a storage unit I never had. When I called I was told he would get to it when he got chance. He has customers. When I'm a customer that already paid and was still paying for service I didn't have! Now I have to wait for uhaul to return my money! Unprofessional and rude!

LAILA W | Overall ExperienceSpace was easy to access and convenient, clean, and loading and unloading not difficult. Only drawback was some slight water intrusion into unit. It really only impacted a single box and that was full of towels and blankets and a bookshelf shows some slight water marks on bottom. Nothing major and that can’t be remedied but otherwise, nonissues at all.

Michael W | Overall ExperienceI’m not blaming the staff, as they were friendly and apologetic, but we waited over an hour to be helped upon arrival. We were 4th in line. Everyone else was renting vehicles, except us. Listening to the people in front of us, I could tell that nobody’s reservation was going smoothly. Slow computers, an invalid driver’s license, not enough vans to fulfill all reservations, etc etc. Once we finally got access to our unit, the loading dock area was full of broken glass, so I couldn’t back my car up all the way. The whole thing was inefficient. Friendly staff was the highlight.

MICHELE D | Overall ExperienceWhen I paid off my daughter's bill & went to empty her unit I couldn't get in bcs they didn't lift her pin number restriction. No one was available to assist. Last person I talked to offered a $100 pay out AFTER I couldn't get in which wasn't my fault...I went back AGAIN 2 months later to pay and empty the unit but my daughter's belongings were auctioned off from what I was told was possibly by mistake bcs her bill wasn't on a lien as of yet. I was told someone would call me and resolve the situation but I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. The automated service sends you in circles when you call...This IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! 😞

The manager here gave me great customer service and made me feel much better about a horrible experience I had at a different location. He went out of his way to help rectify my bad experience with a different location.
