KHALID H | Overall ExperienceI had a few issues with the rental. When I first signed up for the unit, I was not given the right instructions on how to access the unit and would often set off the alarm when trying to access my space. I called the front desk and they then explained how to use the access card to arm and disarm the unit. There was also no explanation of the type of lock I would need. I bought my own lock, then was called to say that it was not acceptable and I needed to come and change it. I was out of town. When I came back to my unit, there was a new lock, and I was not notified of this change and I had to wait in line to get a new key. The office is not always properly staffed such that wait times are long. It was inconvenient. All of this could have been avoided if I was told ahead of time that I needed a specific type of lock for the unit.
