Ashley D | Overall ExperienceMy unit was raggedy when it rained water got in my unit a destroyed must of my important papers and my furniture. The most problem I have with my uhaul experience is when I was late which was only twice the phone calls were sometimes 3 times per day, I got letters through the mail and emails which were very harassing. I will never again rent a storage unit from uhaul. Life does happen to some of us but there seemed to be no understanding of that.
Kimberly T | Overall ExperienceI will never recommend this facility or company to a dog! All of my belongings were destroyed at this facility by animal urine, fur and feces. My lock was cut off by staff once and changed without my permission. My locker was also cleared and removed by housekeeping and they thought it was enough to give me 2 months free rent. I was never able to even open my locker after that point to even know if my things were even inside. I lost everything I owned in life but the suitcases of clothes I originally kept out when I got the locker. Housekeeping removed my things because they figured out that ratcoons I were in fact getting in my locker from a hole in the roof and the ladder they had leaning on the side of the building. This was a nightmare and I had to walk away with nothing. This is far from over. I paid faithfully for years only to walk away with nothing. Do not rent anything from this company. They lack accountability when they do wrong....

Marcus A | Overall ExperienceThe front shelf/cab overhang has a rain leak. 2 Vents are taped over, tap fell off long ago. RIGHT FIX: Silicon a plastic cap over a much better permanent modification. Can be Cut off with a knife if necessary. FYI I could fix all of them for you. I am a ASE Master Truck, Master Auto, Master Body. Aka a ASE World Class Master, class of 2019/2020. Look it up in WEB: ASE WORLD CLASS MASTER/AUTOCRAFT. Easy to find. I have 4 Masters now. Hold GM and NHRA records. I built Transmissions for U-Haul years ago. Mostly Allisions.
