Move in was fine, rental was easy, lock was reasonably priced, Unit was clean with no damage at all. Very happy with my experience. No negative issues at all. Very well managed facility.

Upon going there the next day, I found out that uBox isn't even offered there. The employee at that facility on Chenango St Binghamton NY facility was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out where in our area had uBox or any storage available. I then had to drive to yet another town the 3rd one that day thanks to all this confusion and finally found my unit.
