Customer service is supposed to be courtesy and respectful, I have never experienced a bad time with uhaul until Saturday. The staff person was rude and disrespectful not helpful at all. He was argumental with me about something that he was wrong a out Maybe he was having a bad day ,but 5gat still don't mean to treat your customers disrespectful. I rented several time from this location and never been disrespected until now. Some needs to have a talk with him ,because if you treat customers like business will fail.

The staff Logan, Kimwetty and others here gave me great customer service. Robert the manager helped me with the hard process of getting my things out of my unit. He is an excellent manager.
