Condensation from piping dripped down on to antique couch, ruining the fabric. Pictures were taken by staff but no other communication was received about the damage. Since it was not something that was repairable we just moved the furniture out and cut our losses. Please check unit 3311 before renting it to someone else. Otherwise we always found the staff, especially the owner, very helpful and kind. Facility feels safe and I was never nervous there even though it's right off the freeway.
TANA H | Overall ExperienceMike is awful and would never rent a truck or storage from him. I had been renting trucks from this facility since 2017 never had a problem. I am at work truck is parked at hotel and I am 3 hrs late making a payment to keep it another day which I had been doing already and no problem but that day I have no clue who was upset or had a bad day. However a repo guy came and said I am sorry but they have placed a repossession on your truck. I was shocked I called UhAul and was told they apologized but truck was called in for no payment. I said funny , I am at work no vm no text until 4pm that read you have 24 hrs yo resolve issue or we will have to report truck stolen. I work for a bank and always keep cards locked and cannot answer my phone but Mike had the truck repoed and the next day asked me for the keys. I told him your repo guy has the keys where is my property and guess what he did not know ! Go figure ! How are you the property manager and not know where your clients belongs and truck is ? I was already renting a storage from his site so why would I steal a truck and park it at a hotel if I was a thief? He never apologized and was so rude I filed a grievance against him with corporate. Then several weeks after this event I moved my things out of storage and here he comes again harassing me about a payment for storage when he saw me moving 5 days before it was due! What a jerk do not rent from him he can’t even manage his site correctly and yet did not apologize about that mishap.
