SUZETTE R | First ImpressionsAverage because the storage unit itself was not particularly clean, and the first unit I looked at had a leak in it (they gave me a new one). It was also very low security with little space to turn around a truck. It wasn't so bad that I would say NO to any of the above questions. All good. Thank you.

GAYLE O | First ImpressionsI told Nathan and team multiple times that the entrance gate was up. It remained up 24/7 for the last 4 months. This storage facility is not secure in the least. I also requested multiple times that the door to the unit be fixed because it could not stay open without being propped open. It was never repaired.
