The facility and staff were excellent. It was clean and well maintained, I have absolutely no issues whatsoever with the unit. I was not happy with the ‘policy’ regarding the remaining time on the storage unit. I turned in keys nearly two weeks early, only to find that the storage fee wasn’t pro-rated. When I asked why, I was told that I should have read the contract. U-Haul customer service was firm on this as well. Be aware that payment is for a total month, that there is no upside to early move out, and that U-Haul will refer to the contract.

The only reason I would not recommend the storage is due to the price.

MARK B | Overall ExperienceDue to an apparent computer error at another storage location, I was referred to this location when the other location didn't have any space available, even though I had reserved a spot. As you can imagine, with a U-Haul moving truck full of items, a truck that needed to be returned in a couple of hours, and nowhere to store anything, I was definitely concerned. However, the other location contacted the location in Halls, and they could not have been nicer and more helpful. Upon my arrival, they put me at ease and confirmed they had a space for me. They carefully explained how entrance into the facility worked and reminded me they were there until 7pm. The drive in loading dock and the free carts made the unloading super easy! I am so grateful this location was recommended to me!
