My only concern was I had a brand new fully enclosed car trailer and had not moved it since I dropped it off and there were 2 rock dings on the back from probably the lawnmower that cuts your grass slung it and hit the trailer

Hunter R | First ImpressionsI rented a storage spot for my 33 foot RV for several years (space 0307) in your Lancaster Ohio facility. I sold my RV and vacated the space on July 31, 2025. My credit card was charged for August 2025 rent ($165). I asked the clerk at the store if that charge would be reversed and he bluntly said no. Why am I being charged for a service I am not using? In fairness please credit my account for the amount I was charged for August rent. Thank you Patrick and Nancy Fleming
