When o first came to u-haul 4 years ago they were very friendly and very sweetie and very understandable and very helpful i love going to see the friendly workers they always welcome me and my husband with a happy smile and always very nice to talk too i will be miss them but I know that we are always welcome to say Hi thank you very much for your service God Bless You guys always lots of Blessing to you all.

However, the lower 3 rating is necessary because our reserved room size of 7x10x10 was unavailable despite our reservation. The General Manager informed us that reserved room sizes are regularly not honored at this location. As a result, we were crammed into a 5x10x10 room. This is disappointing because we reserved the room size to match the size of the UHaul truck we rented.
