BRIAN M | Overall ExperienceThe computer system messed up my monthly unit payment 3 times and it was blamed on me. Twice they blamed it on me changing my card and once they charged the monthly fee to someone else and when they figured out what they'd done, they tried charging me a late fee. It was always the computers fault. The other time they transposed numbers and I got a notice my payment was overdue and again I was charged a late fee. The final problem was Monday and yesterday. We are having a garage sale and I unloaded the unit on Monday. Yesterday at 11:30 I came back to the facility to make sure i'd got everything and my access code was disabled. I went to my unit and there was another padlock on the door. I went to the office to find out why and the manager told me that the cleaning later saw me emptying the unit on Monday and checked the unit yesterday morning and it was empty so they presumed we didn't need it anyway so the rented it and someone had already moved their stuff in it. We were planning to use the unit again to store our leftover things from the garage sale in it until we had another sale next month. So the manager proceeded to tell me they had no empty units and I'd have to go elsewhere. No very happy. The manager did refund me my last payment of $129.95 but have to wait a week before I'd see it in my bank. Now I have to find another storage facility that's farther away from my home. I would like more compensation or I will put this comment on Facebook.
