Cory Havner was extremely helpful and deserves a 5 star rating. However, the lower 3 rating is necessary because our reserved room size of 7x10x10 was unavailable despite our reservation. The General Manager informed us that reserved room sizes are regularly not honored at this location. As a result, we were crammed into a 5x10x10 room. This is disappointing because we reserved the room size to match the size of the UHaul truck we rented.
