This is to what I was told !! Very poor service in this regards! Also seemed like a case of "aDifferent Strokes for Different Folks" very sad! I will never ever use uhaul for anything and will boycott it and never recommend to anyone!

They are very friendly, treat you kindness, always have a smile. The staff have gone above & beyond to accommodate their services to help out where they can. The staff I have had wonderful service from have been Virginia (she goes by Ginny), Alex & Kristina (apparently the previous manager) & others that work there (didn't get their names as it was only a brief encounter). I am very happy with my services at this site. Thank you😊
