Clyde N | First ImpressionsThere is a lot of room to grow at this location. 1) Loading dock. We pay a lot for a storage space each month. We should have easy access to the loading dock. The staff will park Uhaul trucks and trailers in the loading dock parking spots. They were clearly and definitively uhaul rental trucks and trailers that are awaiting a renter. This limits it to a couple spaces for the customers. It’s lazy and disrespectful to customer needs. I talked to an assistant manager and the behavior didn’t change in the following days. 2) Entrance doors. When the office opens, the double doors should be set to automatically open-as per standard procedures. Several times, I've had to go over to the staff, interrupt them and ask them to unlock the door. Good organizations do routine things, routinely. 3) Closing the loading docks to clear snow? Come on. Plan better. 4) They advertised use of the dumpster for a fee. I built my move in plan around that. Then, when the time came to use the dumpster, the staff member said it was unavailable. Thus, I had to go all the way out to the landfill that day.
