James A | First Impressions2 times we went to unload our truck and both times we were blocked in and couldn't get the truck out. Cause the people returning trucks pulled straight in and locked trucks couldn't be moved. So that delayed us 2 nights of getting our stuff moved in which pushed our moving days up. Which intelled charged us more extra days of moving. That's the only thing I had to complain about other than that the people were nice the storage is nice just the fact that it was our fault I guess but just letting y'all know
