This facility is clean and well maintained. Employees are helpful and very professional. I just wish there is light inside the cubicles at the temp-controlled areas. But overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.

Michael T | First ImpressionsSpace 1550 - second floor - they had a break in - several years ago. I was there ten years. Rates increased 40% (which was expected) But the annoying thing was they need occupancy sensors on the SECOND FLOOR HALLWAY to avoid having to keep walking downstairs just to turn the lights back on. VERY FRUSTRATING WHILE WORKING IN THE UNIT. Also would’ve been nice to have an elevator/lift in the facility for us second floor tenants. Overall a good place and not upset with the rates I paid over ten years time. BTW - this was a LARGE UHAUL FACILITY and when I reserve a truck FROM THAT FACILITY (DUE TO MOVE OUT) why send me 20 miles to get my truck!! I was not happy about that and the manager of the place should have held a truck for me locally! Not happy.
THOMAS R | Overall ExperienceI recently had to move my items out of storage at the Manteca U-Haul due to a fire code inspection. While I understand the necessity, the timing was difficult for me personally. When General Manager Paulette called to explain the situation, I was already overwhelmed and, admittedly, not as patient or kind as I should have been. Paulette handled the entire situation with incredible professionalism and grace. She was understanding, flexible with my schedule, and even arrived early to make sure I had everything I needed. When I apologized for my attitude, she responded with empathy and kindness, putting me at ease. Paulette went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful.
