the people that work there are excellent and do the best to keep everything clean ! The reason I selected Average is only a reflection on the air conditioning rental I had was fine. I had no problems, it was clean with a rat trap inside, but the one that I rented on the outside,a much larger unit no ac, I had a rat infestation in my unit and I was only in it for 2 1/2 months was not warned ahead of time. Ok I left some food in 2 boxes but it was rice in plastic containers and beans and canned food , the rats ate thru the plastic that the rice was in!!!!😬and protein powder that was in plastic also!! I know they said no food in the contract that they emailed me, but I didn’t read that I was busy packing! If they had warned me when I rented the unit about no food at all in boxes, I would not have put any dried food in the unit! Long story short the rat infestation is really really bad there!!! And the manager and help have their hands full !!!!
