CINDY S | Overall ExperienceWhen moving and using the truck for the process, having a free month rental of a facility made it easy for us to store items that we were not ready to refinish and store in the new home properly. This extra time provided us an opportunity to be comfortable in our transition and now force us to walk around in cramped quarters trying to maintain daily routine and unpacking at the same time with ease. As we were ready for more items we casually with no challenges picked up our items until the until was cleared out and the house transition was smooth and way less chaotic! The team at this facility was easy to work with in person or on the phone. Items we reserved like (Large Appliance Dolly) were aside for us and we were trusting them ever since! The truck was clean and ran great. Over all I highly recommend this location and the wonderful team!!!!!
MICHELLE C | Overall Experiencethe people that work there are excellent and do the best to keep everything clean ! The reason I selected Average is only a reflection on the air conditioning rental I had was fine. I had no problems, it was clean with a rat trap inside, but the one that I rented on the outside,a much larger unit no ac, I had a rat infestation in my unit and I was only in it for 2 1/2 months was not warned ahead of time. Ok I left some food in 2 boxes but it was rice in plastic containers and beans and canned food , the rats ate thru the plastic that the rice was in!!!!😬and protein powder that was in plastic also!! I know they said no food in the contract that they emailed me, but I didn’t read that I was busy packing! If they had warned me when I rented the unit about no food at all in boxes, I would not have put any dried food in the unit! Long story short the rat infestation is really really bad there!!! And the manager and help have their hands full !!!!
