Sharna I | Overall ExperienceTHIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY THINGS WERE DAMAGED IN STORAGE AT THIS LOCATION. THE FIRST TIME, MY LATE-MOTHERS ITEMS WERE DAMAGED & BROKEN. I FILED A COMPLAINT & HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE AFTER. THIS TIME THERE WERE MICE IN THE UNIT REALLY BAD & THEY ATE THROUGH MY THINGS, AS WELL AS THEIR DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT MY THINGS. SOME OF MY THINGS WERE ALSO BROKEN. NO, I DIDN’T FOLLOW A COMPLAINT BECAUSE, THE FIRST COMPLAINT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN TAKEN CARE OF😔.
