Good customer service. Hard as Manager fought for her customers. Didn’t see if get done. Need to make sure all LIGHTS surrounding Storage Area are working or one. Especially for customers who have 24hr Access(Women Mainly) don’t want to be riding through some lights on and some off. Get Jasmine so working light outside and inside storage. Other then that had a wonderful experience with this Location.

I had rats in the storage and had to throw out several of my items. Also had men to come in for labor and they would not complete the job until the rats was taken care of. I have had a very bad experience with uhaul and they don’t care. THEY ONKY WANT THE MONEY.
