Although the advertised rate was $19.99 per day, and there was no mention of additional mileage costs, a 28-mile use resulted in a final charge of $58 for a five-hour rental — even though I provided my own insurances. 3. U-Haul does not pro-rate monthly fees for early return of the premises, a policy that I believe is unfair and effectively amounts to a rip-off.
Luis U | Overall ExperienceWhen you’re having to unload a 26 foot U-Haul truck full of furniture and stuff before your deadline and all you do is get green lights all the way no tons of paperwork or anything just get it done and then come back and we’ll take care of your enclose you out that is an excellent way to allow a customer to be very happy with U-Haul. I use U-Haul a lot And my rarely had any disappointments. Keep up the good work you guys right?
