stephanie w | First ImpressionsWhen I got to the facility, I was not able to use the keypad to enter the building so I had to go inside once I get there. There were five Hispanics holding up the only worker inside the building after work I was able to talk to a young man to that was able to assist me with my exit code. Once I got into the building where the unit is located the lock that was supposed to be provided, was not there I made it back on the inside to speak with an attendant the same five Hispanic guys were they’re still holding up her register or her line I then informed the young lady the lock was not provided as stated on the contract inside of the unit. I was then told that U-Haul no longer provide the locks that it had to be purchased so I end up having to purchase a 1195 lock in order to secure the unit. This information was not shared during the initial time of inquiry of the Unit on the website when you go and sign up and to reserve a unit it clearly states that a 1195 lock is provided on the inside of the unit if I would have known the lock was not on the inside I would have purchased my lock from somewhere else because that is over pricey expensive for the type of lot that is provided or I had to purchase other than that the service was good. The young lady, as well as the young man were very nice and helpful.
