The key card never worked. Each time I had to wait in line at the front desk for them to issue a new card to get in to the storage facility. Sometimes for 20 minutes. My vehicle was hit by a worker driving a Uhaul. There is very little parking in the parking lot to load and unload items in the storage unit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I will not use the storage facility again

I got there late at night so no store to get locks. I live 35 mins from the location and I had to leave the location unlocked overnight. Nobody answered the customer service 800 number. Nobody called from the store the next day after I left a detailed message.
