No one from the office was there even though office hours were until 2pm and it was 1pm when I arrived. I called the number and was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes to set it up virtually; however, no one called until 2 hours after our conversation. At that time I had already cancelled and set up storage somewhere else. Very bad customer service.
