The supervisor Mr. Michael, was very rude. He was the one who rented me a storage and the storage was already in use. I picked another unit and had to pay another amount. I was told that the first amount I paid one the first storage unit would be returned back to my debit card, the money was never returned. His attitude shows me that he may not be as honest as he pretends.

Fortunately, I didn’t have food in my storage but, you can tell by all the droppings and blood that rats were there! Besides that, the staff were really nice and courteous. My most precious memories were stored an intact. A few bites on my furniture but otherwise it could’ve been worse! Thanks.

I did not even know that older woman she’s just somebody in my church cause I’m a minister.
