We couldn't use the front door to access the building but the employee gave us a map with insane directions (5 turns) to get from the back to the front of the building. We went straight through from the unload area to the front of the building and made 1 turn to our rental unit. We also had no notification that the unit we were renting would be on the upper level, accessible by a movable staircase. Good marks for plenty of carts to transfer our boxes to our unit. Bathrooms were clean. Unit was clean and had a lock for us inside.
