He went out of his way to greet me when the check-in staff was occupied. (This is very reassuring in any setting- just saying hello, be with you shortly!) Tito helped me get a lock that was missing from my unit, fixed the hitch on my vehicle that was situated too low, and even helped me with unloading in addition to tips for maximizing space in the storage unit. He also met me to return my trailer. He is proactive, goes above and beyond, and he is the reason for my five star rating.
