NANCY Z | Overall ExperienceVery uncomfortable experience with both men helping me out. What I thought would have been an easy process turned out to be a lengthy one. Both men were talking over each other there was a lot of back and fourth about how things are done between both men. (Again very uncomfortable) I had to tell them more than once guys please can we just get this going I’m not trying to sit here listening I’m just trying to move in and out before you guys close. The Caucasian man kept talking poorly about the Hispanic man. And when I went to return the truck no one wanted to take the keys from me they kept sending me back and fourth and I told the Hispanic man look enough I just had abdominal surgery I can’t keep going back and fourth here are the keys and you both figure it out. I can’t keep going back and fourth until one of you guys figures out who will take care of my drop off.

NANCY Z | First ImpressionsOverall the experience was great and the manager Fave was very accommodating, just his customer service alone made this a 5 star experience. Also, the facility was maintained overall, but we did notice a dead rat on the floor during a few of our visits and the bathroom could have been kept clean a bit more often. I also wish the storage doors were floor to ceiling so that any pests that may be in the amhalls cannkt enter the lockers.

What really sets them apart is the staff. Bob, Skylar, and Kevin(manager) went above and beyond to be helpful – they truly care about their customers.
