christopher d | First ImpressionsWe have never had any problems, however, nos that I got my own storage unit it was VERY confusing dealing with your online service. I chatted (on your chat) with someone and talked on the phone with another person. They both told me that the they of the move I'd get an email with my unit number given that everything had been done online. NOT TRUE!! I didn't get the email and I had to rush there before they closed to do everything in person. Why do you offer the online service if it NOT TRUE! The staff at the Notre Dame facility (I interacted with 2 gentlemen that were siblings) they were super friendly and efficient, not the same with you online service!

Sonia V | Overall ExperienceLe service à la clientèle était impeccable et professionnel. Par contre, je sentais que l’administration de UHAUL INC était très « américanisée ». Ils ne pensent qu’à l’argent et faire du profit et traitent les employés comme dans les années 50 et les maltraitent. On voit que Uhaul est une compagnie des États Unis, sans cœur et sans reconnaissance pour les employés, qui sont leur raison d’exister. Sans les employés, Uhaul ne serait jamais propre et bien tenu comme ces employés dévoués savent le faire. Les compagnies des États Unis sont inhumains et se croient tout permis. Pas en 2025, l’être humain passe avant les profits.
