While the staff was friendly I had an issue with the person that set upy truck rental.. I was told all the items in my truck would fit in a 10 × 20 unit and they did Not. When I inquired about comping a small unit for the last things I was told they could nott do that. I was also told by the staff member that if your truck is packed it will not fit. Why did someone telle it would!!?? That is sloppy business! When someone informs you of what will fit in the storage unit you're renting you believe them of course. I budgeted for one unit and it will cause a hardship one to come up with an additional $100 a month.I spent a lot of money on a truck, unloading the truck through you, storage I've had for 9 years in Hickory NC and counting and a new storage unit in Mooresville. I have more than paid you my fair share and I am asking for this additional small unit (435) be covered by your company. I only plan on staying there 6 months and noore than a year. Thanks. Robert V | Overall ExperienceTrailers are parked everywhere, including in front of doors to access storage units. The back area where most of the trailers are stored is not well lit. The entrance is inconvenient because if there is a line at the gate it backs up onto the highway and blocks traffic. The second door to my storage unit was broken and wouldn't stay up without some effort. I informed the associate working at the time that I moved out that I was done, and he checked the unit and said I didn't need to do anything else. I've gotten multiple texts and emails since then saying I'm late on my payments, but I moved out a week ago! It's almost impossible to reach someone by phone at the location, but I spoke to someone who was going to take care of my issue, but it's still not fixed. I moved out on time and the locks aren't on the unit, so please leave me alone!

Michael M | First ImpressionsHello I went in my storage unit to get Christmas decorations out and found mold on several items. I reported to John the worker on duty to come and see. He checked my unit and the one next to it and he said I was the only one with the issue. I did not have rental’s insurance, therefore not claim on the items effected by the mold. I feel some kind of way with this situation because we received a letter talking how clean the facility is and that is the reason price is going . Well loosing value of $1000 in damaged items in such a clean condition makes no sense.
