Jamie D | Overall ExperienceWhile the staff was friendly I had an issue with the person that set upy truck rental.. I was told all the items in my truck would fit in a 10 × 20 unit and they did Not. When I inquired about comping a small unit for the last things I was told they could nott do that. I was also told by the staff member that if your truck is packed it will not fit. Why did someone telle it would!!?? That is sloppy business! When someone informs you of what will fit in the storage unit you're renting you believe them of course. I budgeted for one unit and it will cause a hardship one to come up with an additional $100 a month.I spent a lot of money on a truck, unloading the truck through you, storage I've had for 9 years in Hickory NC and counting and a new storage unit in Mooresville. I have more than paid you my fair share and I am asking for this additional small unit (435) be covered by your company. I only plan on staying there 6 months and noore than a year. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you. Christine
