That means the storage was empty and I was still charged the entire month. It would be nice to have been able to get a little bit of my money back since it was over two weeks that I had to pay for an empty unit.

I never got a chance to see it so I hope it was clean as far as the people that I’ve talked to over the phone, the lady seemed like she was nice the day I returned the truck. The guy was very rude, but I decided not to deal with the storage because of the rudeness that the person that I was dealing with the day, I took my truck back. I didn’t wanna deal with that seeing that person every month to pay my storage bill so I decided not to take the storage so I really don’t know about the storage.
